These three AIMS User Confidentiality Agreements revised Sept 2009 were developed by the OSA in response to different Clubs expressing interest in different types of indemnification. Each Club or League or District Association has the option of choosing which one of the three AIMS User Confidentiality Agreements will be signed by its Users accessing AIMS on behalf of its organization. This means that each District Association will decide which agreement to use for its District personnel; each Club will decide which agreement to use for its Club personnel; and each League will decide which agreement to use for its League personnel; |
