The Collingwood United Invitational 2010 Tournament

Applications for the Collingwood United Invitational 2010 Tournament are now being accepted.

Please read and follow the instructions on the top of the form. We will only accept applications in this manner.
Due to the popularity of our tournament the following rules have been put in place and will be strictly enforced:
Entry fees are $350 per team, with exception of mini-soccer(U10 & under) which is $325 per team.
We will continue accepting entries until a division is full and therefore closed.
Some divisions may be full by mid April so be sure to apply early. Although we are hoping to fill all age divisions the final decision to run a particular group will depend on our registration number. If we feel that we must combine age groups we will notify you beforehand.
It is important to follow the proper directions on the application form. When you get to the proper application form (as above) click on “Team Entry”, complete your form and then click “Submit”. Wait for the on-screen application form after you click submit. Follow the emailing instructions for processing your application.
We will reserve a spot for your team upon receipt of your application form.
All teams that have reserved a spot before March 31st are expected to mail the entry fee cheque and the copy of the Application so that we have received it by April 1st. Please do not forget to attach a paper copy of your application form with your cheque when you send it.
You are responsible for applying for your travel permit. There is a link to the “Application to Travel” form on the tournament details page. Please speak to the Administrator of your club if you are unsure of how to apply. Travel Permits are required for all teams outside of Huronia District. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR APPROVED TRAVEL PERMIT PLEASE FORWARD IT TO US.
Applications from April 1st onward will be accepted, if spots are still available, and the payment must be received within 10 days.
Teams that do not adhere to the above will be removed from the list of Accepted Teams.
We will post a link to the team roster on our website as of June 1st. Download it, fill it in and bring it with you to the tournament. Please do not send it to us beforehand.
Registration will take place on Friday June 18th for 4-6 pm and 7-9 pm at the CUSC office located at 328 First Street, Suite 200. You may also register at our Tournament Headquarters at Fisher Field at least one hour before your first scheduled game. We strongly suggest that you register Friday evening as it is quite busy on Saturday morning. Anyone can register your team, as long as they have the necessary paperwork with them.
You must bring your travel permit (if applicable), players books, and roster with you for registration.
Failure to properly register your team as per above will result in a forfeit of your first game.
Game Sheets, Rules, Rosters, Field Directions and Maps may be downloaded from our website after June 1, 2010.
Schedules should be posted on our website after June 10, 2010.
